Try http://forums.watchuseek.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17
seems pretty extensive.
you either need to set your time manually if you are not automatically receiving the atomic signal. if you are receiving the signal, then either you are not in auto DST mode or your home city is set incorrectly.

My g shock is stuck on getting the moon graph

Check your rechargeable battery level. When MED or LOW (M or L) some functions are disabled in order to save energy to keep time (at least) running. If L,recharge immediatelly by exposing the watch to direct sunlight (not behind window glass) for 5-6 hours.Check the battery level in the mean time.Recharge more,if needed.

Reset g shock atomic watch for the time change, it is supposed to automatically do this but it did not. I triedthe receive button on the watch but had no success

Timing signals are sent out between 0100 and 0600 hours, so perhaps waiting a little might solve your problem.

I had a similar experience with mine after I had the battery changed and it took a few days to get the time right.

G-Shock Atomic Solar watch - ERR in atomic time keeping

The watch will set itself at specific time set times, this is likely to be at 0200 0400 and 0600.
You will however be required to set the time zone, the switch is likely to be on the back.
