This is how to perform a hard reset on this phone. Take the battery out. Put it back in. Press and hold the following keys at the same time for about 1 to 2 seconds until the touch key backlights turn on: Power/Lock Key and Down Volume Key. As soon as the backlight on the touch keys is turned on, release the keys. Then touch and hold the Home Key until the LG logo is displayed. Your phone will perform the hard reset. Thanks
Just do a hard reset, and everything should be back to normal again. If you don't know how to do a hard reset to wipe data, just search for it on Google.
if you want you can reset the phone using the method below
.turn the phone off
2.press and hold volume down + power + lock key at the same time
3.release the keys when the factory hard reset screen appears
4.read the warning and press the power/lock key to confirm.press any other to cancel
5.press the power/lock key to confirm once more or press any other to cancel
6.your device will perform a hard reset
