I am having a problem as I don't seem able to correct an email address. I have corrected the address book but my cards are still going to the wrong address. The correct one is [email protected] and the wrong one is [email protected]. Please can you solve this for me

If you can remember the email and password of the wrong one, log in and change the email address. If you can't access because you need to activate the account from an email sent to the wrong address or you can't remember the details you originally entered then just open a new account.

I assume you mean kindle books you order online (not from the kindle itself?)

They are delivered to your Kindle based on what you have registered on line, not to your email. Therefore changing your email address should not matter (at least directly).

When you say 'moved' - do you mean moved house physically (which does not matter at all) or moved to using a new kindle? Assuming you mean a new kindle, you need to
A) make sure the kindle is registered to your Amazon account: go to home screen, touch top of screen to bring up menu and then press the 'three lines button', select settings. There should be option to register (you will need email address and password - so you need to make sure your online Amazon account has correct email address registered! This is where email change might be causing problems, but can be updated online)

B) when you order books online you need to select the correct kindle to deliver to in the drop down box next to the order button (it might be called something like "Paul's Second kindle")

You can access all books you have ever bought (for this kindle or any other) on Kindle paper white by selecting 'cloud' when on the list of books at home screen.

You must either carry on using the 'wrong' email address or go back and make a new account with the address that you really want.

you need to resend a new christmas e-card of the same card to the correct email address, no way that you can retrieve the first one. extra expenses for you if e-card was purchased.

Check the email address, correct as needed.

The person whose facebook account is showing your AOL account, may have wrongly entered your AOL account as his primary facebook email. Inform that person to make a correction.

Make sure the email address is correct. Check twice. Usually when you register they send the confirmation link to your email address when you register with ebay. Then, go to My eBay and change it to the correct one. Check your spam or junk mail folder too. Based on my experience, I would suggest you to create a new and separate email address for your ebay account for bidding & selling. Using your personal email address for personal purposes only.

your facebook account is not oppening because u r entering wrong password or email address, first of all if u r not member then first become the member of facebook by signing up and if u r already a member but your account is not opening then first enter your correct email and password. you can check it in your mails too because face book also sent confirmation mail on your mailing address go there and access your face book account from there.

try removing the email account in settings and then adding it again. might have the wrong password on you email
