you probably can but it will be damaged over time, you would need to replace the motor inside to handle 60hz using the 50hz can do damage to the motor, or even cause a fire. also if it has a power capacitor that asys 50hz on the power line to the unit inside this would been changing as well.
In general, it is NOT recommended to operate an appliance 50hz-to-60hz OR 60hz-to-50hz UNLESS the manufacturer specifically says it can do it.
Additionally, you must also account for the voltage (110V vs 220V), which you have not indicated.
Therefore, it is best to get your exact model number and contact the manufacturer, but get ready for disappointment. The larger and more complex the electronic device, the less compatible it is.
Good luck.
Unfortunately, products are designed to work with specific voltages and frequencies. Some devices have broader ranges of voltages and frequencies because they use electronic power suppies (often called "switching power supplies") as opposed to the costlier, heavier transformer types. Nearly all devices that have motors or have a transformer will be designed to operate on either 50 or 60 hertz - not both. Use of these devices with a frequency other than what it is designed for will run too fast / too slow and will overheat to the point that it may become a fire hazard. Unlike voltages that can be easily stepped up or down with a transformer, there is no easy, inexpensive way to change frequency.
You should replace your "60Hz only" equipment with 50Hz or 50/60Hz equipment, or if a short term relocation, rent the correct 50Hz equipment instead.
yes but I will not good IDEA you will have phenomen transistory is electrical term in engineeering electric, you must get support via ONLINE chat or phone with LG. you must transform the 60hz to 50hz or 50hz TO 60hz. God bless you
The turntable motor on the jukebox range of R-84 to R-93 is none adjustable.
If you are in the USA then the motor operates on 60hz but in Europe it would have to be on 50hz to do this a different pulley is used.
The Rowe Ami part numbers are as followes:-
30791907 Turntable Motor Assembly 60hz
30791908 Turntable Motor Assembly 50hz
21817801 Motor Pulley 60hz
21817802 Motor Pulley 50hz
These can be ordered from a Rowe Ami dealer or you could try www.victoryglass.com
To convert to 50Hz will be expensive as the Aircon needs alot of startup power. You could ask maker if 50Hz will be ok, usually motor will run slower so unit will be less efficient, alway check with maker. Or try supplier to see if they will exchange for what you ordered first.
its the current frequesncy what he told you.. in US they use current of 60hz frequecny....
the place you live in use 50hz.. that is the reason... see this link...it wil help you surely..
