Hello Kristin, unfortunately, due to having lost your name AND password, and also not having the old telephone number for Facebook's messaging reminders, you will have little luck at all getting into your old account, as there are security issues here. IF you can get a new account set up, and find one of your old friends, add them, and look through their friends list for the name you were using before. Hopefully that will help. If you still have your password for the old email account linked to FB, then log into that. I suggest checking your inbox for Facebook emails - perhaps one of them will spark a reminder on your old password? Hope that helps. (by the way - your old email address will NEVER be given to anyone else - some providers remove the name from available lists, again, due to security issues, others keep the name available for you permanently).
