The band is white ceramic with gold. The gold has faded at the clasp and surrounding areas. I am looking for a phone number to call so that I can discuss this with someone.
Hi, try calling the resort and tell them the issue- they should contact vendor--gold plated so it wont last-- was it under 30 bucks?

there is a little flange on the clasp that can be bent to make it snap tightly. Most jewelers will do this service for free while you wait.

mcdevito75 here, Without seeing the watch it"s hard to tell, but I would figure the clasp could be repaired, but the cost may equal a new band and clasp. Look for a small watch repair shop in your area and compare repair cost of the clasp with that of a new band.
