put screws in a container take photos if you can at each stage.
tool that is being used comes with replacement digitiser that you get from ebay. If you are removing the outside screen from the digitiser you can damage it through too much force or heat.

You need to replace the LCD screen.

If you have repaired small electronic by yourself you can try DIYing, otherwise take the phone to a repair shop.

per instructions in other's posts, I removed door panel, but no wires broken, so called LG and local authorized LG repair and they tell me motor sub-assembly needs replacement, cost $160 for parts, $200 for labor, which is making a new dishwasher look attractive.
