Fax in memory won't print, it's saying Paper Jam, but it's completely free.
SOURCE: How Can I Reprint a Fax?
Here's a trick that I used on the Canon thermal transfer years ago. First take out the thermal transfer unit and roll up the black transfer sheet to the begining of the lost fax. Then reload the paper. Next get a solid black original equal and make a copy. The result you should get a negative copy of the lost fax. Repeat this step until all the faxes are recovered..

Just unplug the power cable in your machine and put it back again. The paper jam will clear but...also the fax memory will be clear at the same time.just tel the other line to re-send thier fax again.

Does it say clear jam immediatly or does it start to run then declare a jam?
If it starts then tells you to clear a jam and no paper is in the machine, your feed rollers are shot. Smooth like trying to drive a car on ice.
If it says that all the time, no attempt to feed then you have a sensor either dirty, knocked out of place or something stuck on a sensor.
Either in the paper path or in the scanner.
