call them again and give real identity or give the name which you have own the sim card, and also provide them sim card's owner name and full address.it will help you to get PUK.
go to a competent Nokia Dealer and ask what is happening to the sim connections on the phone. Have a competent repair man look into the sim connections. Demonstrate what goes wrong and ask that somebody fix the problem. Sim issues are not for amateurs and should be seen by real Nokia Certified repair people
You cannot save images to your SIM card. You SIM card can only save contacts and only a certain amount, it's real purpose is to allow you to connect to the network, not store images.
