Adidas manual REQUIRED FOR ADIDAS ADP 1041

I have an adidas watch ADP 1112, It was working fine but now it has NO on the screen.

hold right side buttons . time will flash set using top button, then use lower button to move through each aspect of menu. You use the top button to make changes then bottom to go to next option. Lower left button to exit

Push the button just above the crown on the right hand side.   (this is for a adp1055 but I would think it would be the same on similar models
