When its hot outside all the speakers in my 2002 nissan pathfinder work great, but when it cools the slightest bit the front passenger speaker and rear drivers speaker stop working. can you help me with this problem.

I am having the same issues. Did you ever discover if there was water too. I seem to always "lose" speakers after it rains. But then again, after it rains, it's always cool outside.

Hi I am Vortash it sounds like when they expand in the heat the activator coils are clear of the magnets giving a good sound .. but when cold they contract touching the magnets and you get poor vibrating sound ,, ? the problem may be two fold .. spaekers not man enough to take ower from unit .. especially if you have replaced the unit as most cars are only fitted with 10watt 8ohm to 4 ohm speakers as standard , and some of the newer cd players start at 25 watts this will disstort the speakers and they need replacing .. if this is not the case and you only have a low powered system usual culprit is water seeping down windows onto speakers at night from damp or early morning dew .. wet speakers tend to disstort.. hope this helps regards vortash

Have a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder, can't get speakers to work with Alpine radio. The radio works when connected to remote speakers, but not when connected to Pathfinder wiring.

Have you checked the speakers that are in the pathy? I have a 95, and the one's that are in the rear are easy to access, but the front one's require that you remove the door panel.

Speedo not working on nissan pathfinder

check the speed sensor either at the transmission or on the front wheel axle. You have to remove the front wheel , rotor until you get down to the shaft. The speed sensor is right there on the passenger side of your car.
