Go to options - security settings - security wipe -type the word blackberry and wipe the phone back to the factory settings. Your phone will now be as it was the day it came from the factory - fresh operating system. You will now notice that all your installed programs that you had is gone, but you can get them again from Blackberry App world, but at least your phone will stop rebooting after security wipe

My phone has problem 507 its blackberry 503 how do i fix it

Good Day,
Error 507 simply means that there is no OS or firmware found upon booting of the phone. Thihs happens on failed Software update or corrupted phone memory.
You can attempt repair on it by following the instruction here.
Please be sure first that you have installed Blackberry Desktop Manager; http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/ Download then install BB Desktop Manager.
and a firmware or OS for your 9300, depending on your network provider: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do;jsessionid=7310B209ED254F016E31A5889BD1191D.node1 Just be sure to select the correct model number and network provider to download.
then check if you have existing Software on your computer Start by going to your Control Panel and then Add and Remove Programs (in XP) or Programs and Features (in Vista) and remove any BlackBerry device software currently installed on the computer. Reboot the computer. With your desktop manager closed and your BlackBerry unplugged, install that OS on your computer, then reboot the computer. After your computer has rebooted, plug your BlackBerry in and you can try using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to load the OS on your phone, but in this case, you may find it easier to use the AppLoader file. You can find this under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader. To reduce the chance of any problems, you might also want to look through this folder for the Vendor.xml file and delete it first. After you've deleted the Vendor.xml file, double click on apploader.exe. This will open up the apploader which will load the device software onto your phone.
Uploading the OS to your device takes time, so be sure to be patient and never unplug the blackberry even though it may seem to hang on the screen. Let it finish its job until it says it is done. Unplugging it prematurely may render your phone useless.
Hope this helps you. Thank you for using Fixya.

Blackberry 9700 just shut down and would not reboot . Light turns red. Screen goes to blackberry and as it starts to boot it just stops and will not reboot.

Since it's not possible to do a "wipe", what you could try to do is to soft reset the phone.

Remove the battery while the phone is turning ON, leave the battery out for five minutes, put it back and try to turn it on.

If the same problem occur, contact the manufacturer because the problem has something to do with the software, application, or firmware. The phone needs to be reprogrammed.

Thank you and good luck!

Try to reinstall your blackberry software since unlocked blackberry storm 9500 software usually has previous network configuration. But to make sure what exactly your problem you can bring your phone at local mobile repair shop and asking them to check your phone.

have you removed the battery and put it back in.
his will reboot the software.
also make sure your battery is up to par, the battery in a blackberry when they get used for a while need to be changed, your phone is very graphic intensive and needs a very good battery to run without problems. replace the battery and see what happens.

My e-mail will send but not receive messages on my Blackberry Bol

May be the Mailbox for the mail client is full ....
Are you getting EDGE/GPRS in upper case

1.If you are not getting the EDGE/GPRS in small case then search the network manually in the handset and then do a hard reboot.
Main menu--> options--> Mobile network--> Network Selection has to be Manual and select on scan for the network and select the service provider or carrier name and remove the battery from the device when mobile is on and reinsert the sim........

2.If you are able to send mails then try to re-integrate the accounts and then send the service book and do the hard reboot

3.If everything is working fine reprovision the blackberry service..
