Go under the menu and see if you can find something like "Sprache" (language) or "sprachen" (languages). Then find the one that says something like "Englisch" (English). Depending on your camera, the last part might even say "English". I hope this helps! Der Strom

If you can find the menu, look for a setting labeled with something LIKE: "idioma" (if it's been changed to spanish), "idiome" or "langue" (if changed to french) or "sprache" or "zunge" (if it was changed to german). Select this section and look for "ingles", "anglais" or "englisch". (These all mean "English" in spanish, french, and german, respectively.) Choose this and it should switch back to english.
