* Okay I know the manual is useless as I have one of the 240V Mig welder. I wish I bought the 110 VAC stick welder. I know it's less power but it's way simpler to use and set up. More fun but really ugly welds. But I get the same result with the Mig but with more hassle.

There are no repair parts available. Harbor Freight tools usually don't have epair parts or if they are availble the cost is to high. Perhaps they want you to buy new tool.
