Until a few days ago I was able to receive pictures clearly. Now when a picture message comes in it shows up as a blob of white dots. How can I get my phone to start receiving picture messages clearly?

sir you don't have to reset that, ether you reset that you still cannot send or recieve picture message. to do that you have to use another phone that has a coniguration of GPRS and MMS for cingular, you have to manually configure it.

you need to be subscribed to a gprs server on your mobile phone, like wap. this service allows you to send the picture messages and recieve them. hope this helps :)

I also received this error and spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone with AT&T and they could not find a fix to this problem. They sent me to the warranty department to receive a replacement phone!!!!
