Fisher Paykel washer repair

Rinse cycle not working properly. I removed a pin from the impeller and it is moving freely. Water comes in fine, but water removal is extremely slow--not sure if the full shower thing is happening. Eventually it gets to spin and that works, but the wash is still sudsy and dirty--rinse water going out so slowly it isn't carrying away stuff. Sounds almost like a belt or something is slipping--rather higher pitched noises noises than normal.

It will be the pump. just check again where you did last time. there may be something in the hose, coins can get stuck, and lint. check also the pump is not getting very hot.

SOURCE: Stops before rinse cycle... won't drain or spin.

The REGULAR CYCLE button turns the drain pump on or off. The REGULAR LED will turn
on when the pump is on. This feature can be used to drain the tub. You could get a bucket and lay the hose on the fllor. Gravity will drain it down.

My Fisher and Paykel washer is leaking water from bottom back right side in the rinse cycle. Any thoughts?

Question edited to correct name of maker, (Fisher PayPal :>)
Question moved to one of their categories.

No clue to whether a top loader or a front loader, which is why we ask for full 'make model (what it is)'.

If it is only in the rinse cycle, and if it is a front loader it is likely to be spray of a crack in the box that is the detergent drawer and fabric softener mixer. The only way to find out is to remove the top after a wash and look for where the water came from.

Mw511 Fisher and paykel washing machine does the cycle fine but now won't empty the water. How can I take the back of the machine to see if something is blocked?

Hello,

You don't need to remove the back, tilt the washer back in the front right corner is the pump. Try to turn the impeller if it wont turn its either blocked or failed. Bail the water out of the washer push the tab on the pump and twist the pump will come out so you can clean the debris inside.

Good luck with your repair!

GWL11 fails to drain

I had the same problem. After bailing out the water, I tipped the machine and saw a knee high panty hose caught up in the fan on the bottom. I removed that, checked to make sure the fan could spin freely, and viola! problem solved!

Intuitive eco Iw811 Rinse 1 no water coming thru!

the 1st rinse light is normally set to "spray rinse", this means the machine will pump out the water, spin at medium speed then pulse cold water into the machine, this occurs for about 2 mins, then the machine will spin out, and advance for the final rinse which is a deep rinse.
