How do you re set Ragemaster classic 90 oven after a power cut

It sounds like it is waiting to be Programmed for a start time. Try turning off the power to it for 5 minutes..

the electric fan oven and the gas oven is not working on my range master classic 90. I need advise --many thanks.

common problem,it will most probably be the solenoid FF device fitted by the oven burner,these can be obtained from Gas On Spares on 0121-585-7799.the will need the model number and serial number.

I'm sure you must have had an answer by now, but just incase anyone else has the same issue. The ovens don't work unless the clock has been set (happens after a power cut). To set the clock you need to hold down the left-hand two buttons (underneath the clock) and at the same time press either the + or - button.

u first have to set the correct time of day. press and hold the (+) and (-) untill u put in the corerect time. dont forget its a 24 hr clock.if u make a mistake or press the wrong button.turn off the power supply for a minute or two then start again.

to enter the start time of your cooking, press and hold the button to the right of the bell symbol button (second on the left) and the + button at thee same time, untill your required 'cook time' shows, then press and hold the 3rd button to the left, ( the empty pot symbol) at the same time press (+) or (-) untill your required 'stop time' shows.
AUTO will show on the display. set the oven to the required temperature. when your cooking is finished the beeber will sound.
TURN THE OVEN KNOB TO 0 FIRST. then press the hand symbol button once to stop the beeb, press again to return to manual cooking.hope this helps!

Regardless of the clock running, if the timer is not set to zero and off, the oven will not function. we had the same problem - a power cut then the clock flashed up 'auto' preventing the oven from working.
After downloading the manual from the rangemaster website we learnt that all you need to do (for the classic dual fuel anyway) is to press in the 2 buttons on the left and set the time using the + or - keys. Dead easy and Christmas dinner is back on!
