If you're experiencing an issue where steam is coming out but there's no pressure when you press the button for the steam to jet out, there could be a few possible causes:
Water level: Check the water level in the steam generator or steam-producing device. If the water level is too low, it can result in insufficient steam pressure. Make sure there is enough water in the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Clogged steam vents: Over time, mineral deposits or debris can accumulate in the steam vents, obstructing the flow of steam. This can prevent the steam from building up pressure. Clean the steam vents thoroughly by following the manufacturer's instructions to ensure proper steam flow.
Faulty heating element: The heating element is responsible for generating steam. If it is malfunctioning or damaged, it may not produce enough heat to generate adequate pressure. In this case, you may need to have the heating element inspected or replaced by a professional.
Malfunctioning steam generator: If you're using a steam generator, it's possible that there is an issue with the device itself. Check for any error codes or warning indicators and consult the manufacturer's troubleshooting guide. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for assistance.
Incorrect settings: Ensure that you have selected the appropriate steam settings
I found mine to to becaused by hard water deposits. Our tape water has all kinds of minerals in it. & after time the jets get plugged solid with white calcium scale. hard as a rock. Best solution is to disassemble & hone each jet hole. It dose take some time, but that will work. & for now on use distilled water or at least filtered is better than nothing. Hope this helps?
Lime scale build up inside the elementchambers causing poor heat transfer to the water the steam being cooler thAn usual condenses back into water it reaches the porthole the steam is ejected from and you get this leaking effect steam and water together your need to professionally get the device descaled
I can only guess since I have never worked on one of these units, but I think you lost a gasket on the cap. Pressure must build in the reservoir before being forced out the nozzle.
Either the screen is blocked or the valve seat is clogged. Remove the screw and screen make sure you can see light through every hole in the screen. Now try to run the head if water flows, screen was dirty if no water, remove 2 allen wrench screws and diffuser and spring and valve(DO NOT LOSE SPRING AND VALVE), run the head, if water flows the blockage is clear re assemble and you are back in business. Here is a little pic to help you on the way.
Check the shower screen and diffuser in the head, they might be blocked, if not, check the metering jet at the top of the head(large nut) CAREFUL, make sure machine is off and cool before removing, use a paperclip or pipe cleaner to clear blockage. If not blocked then you will have to check the brew solenoid.
From what you have asked the only thing I can suggest is that the pump needs to be replaced.
Do you hear the pump vibrating?
The lines from the pump may be blocked.
Have you tried to descale the machine.
