Why does the coffee not get hot enough to dissolve powdered creamer?

make sure you have soap

warm up well before brewing coffee and set the grinder for finer coffee powder

Could be from not enough water getting into the dishwasher or the water is not hot enough. Temp needs to be minimum 120 degrees coming out of your closest hot water supply to the dishwasher (kitchen sink usually). If water looks too low in dishwasher after it finishes filling you may have a partial blockage in the inlet valve. Some can be cleaned--some just need replaced. Its the part the house water supply connects to.

No warmer plate llight:
Usually means bad switch. Bunn Part no. is 20316.0001. Replacement available at link below.

Coffee not hot:
Make sure "Vacation Switch" is in OFF position.

If you open the door immediately after the dishes are washed, and before the "dry" cycle, is the water hot enough to have "steam" coming out of the machine?
You should be able to feel the heat.
If not, perhaps the water is not getting hot enough to dissolve the dishwashing powder.
Could you try using a liquid soap once and see what happens?

When you start a cycle, does the machine take a long time for it to fill up with water.

If so, you have a faulty inlet valve. There is a rubber diaphram inside the valve which tends to tear over time.When this happens the water just trickles in. Therefore the soap/powder is not dissolved into the tub thouroughly.

Some powders also dissolve less than others, and using the machine on hot water cycle helps to dissolve the soap faster.

Have you tried to descale your machine. Remember to use the correct descaling powder and make sure that it is totally dissolved before running the descale program. In the menu, make sure that your water hardness is set on 4. descale more often than not enough.

We had a professional come and look at our dishwasher. Seems that the pump is not putting out enough pressure to spray the water sufficently. Thanks for your response.

Return it, I called Tassimo & it's a problem.
