"Power on the Controller"

Our company had the same problem, it was working fine, then told us to "power on the controller". Where the controller is and how to power it on was beyond us - and apparently beyond any help forums either. We turned the machine off completely and turned it back on with no resolution.

Not sure if this is the real solution, but we learned that we had an issue with a firewall on our network. We were able to get it working again after fixing the firewall.

    Power on the Controller, there is a black box behind the printer. Look for a little button that presses and turns green instantly. Then power off the printer with the substation switch. Turn back on and wait two minutes.

My jazzy elite hd power chair. There is suddenly no power from batts to controller.

First check the Freewheel lever on the back of the chair. Click it back and forward 2 or 3 times to make sure it's seated correctly. Have you had the batteries removed recently? Recheck the battery pack is seated correctly and any wires connected are clean and connected to the correct positions.
If this doesn't sort out the issue you will probably need to get a technician to test if there is power getting to the controller. If there is power there it could be an issue with the actual controller.

It sounds like that unit is connected to a "power saving load controller" device from the power company. The power company can turn your unit on & off with a radio signal. If you manually activated contactor and unit ran. I would bet that the power company's device or the wiring connecting it is where the problem lies. Call the power company and have them check their device. If they tell you that the device has been tested remotely and is working fine. Explain to them that you can activate your unit manually and it works fine. They should not charge you to come out. Those "load controller devices" have a pretty good longevity record.

fisher & paykel oven model WO570XD seems to be no power from source to the wall oven however range top works fine. Power light on switch to oven is illuminated indicating there is power however there is no lighting on digital display unit. Any help appreciated

Sorry Ken I worked for Rinnai Australia as a service manager so treat my advice with a little cuation but you should find the basic universal controller should work fine. The code over here is a MC-91 Q2A. It will MC-91 sometihing for over there (I'm guessing from the codes you use you are across the pacific!). You can wire this unit either back to the heater or to wiring from another controller, just match the colours and link them in. Power off the heater first but it is all low voltage.

The 8 bar flashing lights indicate a possible control system trip. Without a serial Number or knowing which controller system you powerchair has, I will cover the common used controller systems for the model of powerchair you have.

If you have the Pilot or VSI control system the control system detects an internal problem within its self or the joystick, and I've seen it a couple of times when both the controller and joystick have an internal problem.

If you have the Pilot + or VR2 control system the control system detects an internal problem within its self and/or the joystick and/or a communications error between the joystick and controller. I've seen it once when the controller, joystick and cable between the joystick and controller being deffective. Due to the flashing lights and you have a Pilot + or VR2 there is a good chance the problem is the cable between the joystick and controller.

The possible solutions and repairs above will require the need for an authorized person to perform the tasks. Give the company that sold you the power chair a call, or anyone or different company which works on power mobility products as the part(s) needed will only be sold to authorized deallers or service providers.

Starting controller please wait and then nothing

the printer controller isnt working correctly. it may be a bad controller, hdd or maybe a firmware issue. power down. disconnect controller . let it sit unattatched for 5 minutes .reattatch controller and power back up. may fix
