Reset pf code
I came back from sea and my wife informed me of this problem on my old whirlpool gas 465. I went to breaker secured power for 10min. After power restored pressed start and set temp at 400 start again and oven began working like normal.

PF means power failure. Usually you can hit cancel or clear and this will go away. Let me know if this helps.

Wirlpool makes a pice of junk! and my range (3 years old) is going in the trash soon.
This range uses a computer and it has NO fan to cool the computqer look at you computer it has a fan.

Make sure the range is not plugged into a GFCI outlet. This could be a sign of a bad ground connection some place or a bad solder connection on the control board. Not easy to locate sometimes and may require a new control board.

the next thing for you to check is your main power circuit breaker if you have one side of the breaker is bad or weak this will cause a power failure.also make sure the wiring to the terminal block is in good order and not damaged.the terminal block could have a problem as well.
