What exactly do you mean by 'not come out'? Is it coming out at all and has it ever? How long has this been happening?
If it is coming out slowly or barely, but has worked properly at one point, then the problem is most likely the cartridge. It gets full of lime deposits and sediment. What I would suggest is, if you are handy around plumbing, disconnect the sprayer handle and the cold water hoses and blow them out, use canned air if you are able. Then try pouring vinegar in and run through a few times, catching the drainage in a cup or something. The vinegar breaks down the deposits and is always a good maintenance idea.If that doesn't do the trick,my second step would be to call American Standard. Their customer service is awesome! They will most likely send you a replacement or replace your entire faucet. If you just want to get it working and don;t want to take the time to do the other, you can get the replacement cartridge at most larger home improvement centers. G'luck

Hot water has great flow. Cold barely drizzles out. NOT a water pressure problem. What/How to check on faucet?

Faucet may have scale desposits on cold water side that would restrict flow. The shut-off valve for the cold may not be opened fully. If a saddle valve for refrigerator ice water was installed, it may block off flow for cold water. Check these items first, then ask more questions.

Getting hot water when shower valve is first opened.

If I understand correctly, you have single handled shower faucet.
Normally there is a wait for hot water to arrive at faucet.
But now hot water is already at shower faucet.

Single handled faucets have a mixing area inside valve where hot and cold come together before going into sink.
This mixing valve can have crossover where the hot and cold can pass through to each other even when faucet handle is off. When single handle faucets get old, this can happen.
How it happens:
For example another faucet is turned on inside house, and pressure differential between hot and cold causes hot water at shower handle to pass through mixing area and into cold water line.
So if another faucet has been run, then that lets hot flow to faulty single handled shower faucet.
To confirm this is the problem: turn on other faucet and put ear against shower faucet to listen for moving water.
This condition may also signal there is a water leak.
The problem is not harmful, but will draw cold water into water heater each time, and is energy wasteful.
Replace faucet or have plumber repair problem.

Washing machine flashes and beeps E70

Hi
Error code E70 means Cold water hose is connected to wrong faucet or Cold water faucet is not turned on. If this is not the case then check the cold water hose, whether it is kinked or plugged. If the hose is fine then the fill valve assembly has turned bad and you would need to replace the valve. Connect hose to cold water faucet and cold water inlet on washer. Be sure cold water faucet is fully opened.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

After installing the thermo bypass valve on the furthest sink faucet from the water heater, the sink faucet has no pressure, and there is hot water slowly comling out of the cold water valve.

It sounds like the installation loosened sediment inside pipe.
Remove sink aerator and see if you can flush open the faucet.

Also check if other faucets are receiving hot water from hot-and-cold taps that says if grundfos is pumping hot water from the water heater correctly.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Water-heater-recirculation-system.html

When recirculation pump is running, both hot and cold water lines have hot water.
If other faucets have hot water in both lines, then that tells you the blockage is localized in furthest faucet supply lines.
You may have to dissemble those supply lines and flush the sediment out.

My Kohler Fairfax faucet pressure /flow has dropped (cold)

Verify the cold water outlet has equal pressure as the hot side outlet at the wall. Check the inlet screen on the cold side water line where it attatches to cold water pipe. The screen could be plugged. Then check the cold side hose for any restrictions. Also check if there is a screen on the outlet side of the cold water hose and see if it is plugged. Otherwise the faucet valve is mis-aligned and will need to be rotated and re-tightened to align the valve to the center so both sides have equal water flow.
