Hi, we have the hp color laserjet 2840 series and we are getting a supply error (10.1004). The picture shows that there is a problem with our imaging drum. We bought a brand new imagind drum and it is...

Reseat the toner cartridge. Turn the printer off, and then back on again. You may want to try a new cartridge, but if that does not eliminate the error, call your HP support line. If the imaging-drum light is still blinking but the Attention light is not on, you must replace the imaging drum before the printer can continue printing. The imaging-drum light might be blinking by itself or at the same time another light is on or blinking. If another light is also on or blinking, turn the imaging-drum light off in the simulator and turn the other light on or blinking to isolate the condition. The printer has determined that it cannot read or write to the e-label on the imaging drum.Reseat the imaging drum, and then power cycle the printer. If this does not work, replace the imaging drum. If the imaging drum light is still blinking but the Attention light is not on, turn the printer off, and then back on. If the problem persists, replace the imaging drum E-label reader. The imaging-drum light might be blinking by itself or at the same time another light is on or blinking. If another light is also on or blinking, turn the imaging-drum light off in the simulator and turn the other light on or blinking to isolate the condition.

If Hope that this helps,, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response. Thanks,Joe

The ON/OFF button blinks but no screen image

Hello,

Since the power led button is on, I think the picture board on your monitor is faulty that is why it is not displaying anything.

Since your computer work perfectly with other monitor, it means the picture board is bad that is why it is not displaying any image.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer or any service center within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself in other to complicate issues.

Take care.

My Sony KP-46WT500 screen shows the tv image in blue only for a few seconds, then it goes completely blank (as if it were off). Do I need to replace the bulbs?

It is rear projection TV that use 3 picture tubes of red-green-blue to show color picture on tv front screen.
Do you see standby red light blinking when TV shuts off after showing blue image for a while?
If red standby light is blinking, please count it how many times it blinks, there would be 3 seconds pause between blinks so count pause to pause and post it here to find out possible solution.
Thanks.

Nikon d80 LCD screen

Hello cherdh,

To disable those blinking spots, just press the up or down cursor keys at the back of the camera while in playback mode. You will get three different views. One shows the EXIF data (Image data) as an over lay on your photograph. Press the button again to go to histogram mode, with graphs. Press it again to go to a mode where some image data is on the bottom of the display with no blinkies on the image.

Those blinking black spots are called highlights in a photograph. They indicate the areas where your photograph is over-exposed, i.e. where there is too much light and the colours are washed out. It can be a good tool to get a good exposure. Keep clicking with different settings till you get an exposure without those blinking spots.

I hope this helps.
