How to unblock a contact on samsung GT-E 1270?

Just follow these steps
Menu>Settings>Applications>Message>General Settings>Block messages

Delete the contact in that list.

If you're not referring to this, go to Menu>Settings>Call>All Calls>Auto reject>Reject List

Then delete that contact in that list.

You can unblock in the message settings. For my phone, (S8500 Wave);
settings->applications->messages->general settings->block message
and select delete, then select the number you want to unblock and select delete again.
Might be slightly different process for different phones though.

Go to messages>settings>general settings>block messages>then delete any blocked numbers you accidentally blocked! hope this helps. :)
