It would have been helpful if you had provided the model number of the Neechi sewing machine.

But if you go to this website you should be able to locate the correct part for needle bar clamp and screw.

SOURCE: Necchi PL1036. Needle bar worked loose and slid

Oh dear..... Bent looper and needle arm loose... Take this to be repaired before you damage the other looper as well and it costs twice as much. Expect looper to be in range of $65 plus service, as a ballpark. There are many variables with overlocker timing and it is beyond the scope of either this forum or the novice to correct the problem I am afraid.

Have a Necchi 534FB. The hand wheel does not turn the needle bar, belts are loose. What should I do???

The is usually an adjustment to tighten the belts by moving the motor. There are other ideas here, clutch, the knob in the handwheel or the screw in the needle bar..

Timing A Mechanical Sewing Machine

If the thread is not being picked up by the hook, you can set your timing by moving the needle bar height. move the hook so it is in the nearest position to the needle, but not touching. Remove the left, needle bar cover. You'll see a screw, or set screw on the needle bar. Slowly loosen it, and move the needle bar up or down until the hook lines up with the scarf on the back of the needle. The tip of the hook should be in the middle of the scarf, above the eye. Hold still, and re-tighten the screw.

How do you tighten tension on bobbin on a necchi 4595?

Generally speaking; You should have two setting bars on your machine, one for the stitch size and one for cotton tension (might be close to needle part, above)...you will see it has numbers you can set it to the level you want. I hope you find this useful.

I need to know how to make a button hole, can't find manual.

Hi there, don't know your machine but you can do a plaiin buttonhole manually.
Set machine up for zigzag stitch, needle to left side, mark out the size you need with pins or marker pen. Start at the top and set for widest zigzag with 0 length for the top bar, cannot give sizes as don't know the button you are using, about 6 stitches, set stitch width to just over half the width of top bar and length to approx 0.5. Stitch down to bottom marker and again set up ffor the wide bar, do the same amount of stitches as the top, finish with needle down at the outside edge, turn work so that you will now stitch down the other side to meet the top bar, not forgetting to adjust stitch length and width again.
Hope this helps
