OPEN THE DOOR AND REMOVE THE TWO SCREWS IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH HINGE. LOOK AT THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE OPENING AND REMOVE TWO SCREWS FROM THAT SIDE ALSO. PULL FRONT TOWARD YOU FROM THE TOP. IT IS HINGED AT THE BOTTOM. ONCE THE TOP IS FREE, LIFT THE FRONT OFF THE HINGES. THERE IS A CLIP HOLDING THE TOP TO THE CABINET AT THE FRONT CORNERS. REMOVE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE CLIPS IN PLACE AND SWING THE CLIPS TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT TO REMOVE THEM. THE TOP SHOULD SWING UP AND TO THE BACK AT THIS TIME. IT IS HINGED AT THE BACK.

First of all shut off the power by pulling out the plug.
If you are sure of the sensor issue then you need to remove four screws on the inside of the door. Two screws are located on the left and two on the right, look at the hinge and you will find two. The door will lift out when you remove the screws. When the screws are out of the front, the front panel can be remove by pulling on the outside surface.

HI- First make SURE the machine is unplugged. Open the door and on the inside of the door frame you will see 2 screws on each side (2 of them go though the door hinges), remove these screws and pull the front panel forward from the top, it will hinge from the bottom and you can pull up on it to take it off. On the right bottom you will see the valve, ignitor and burner assembly. Locate the ignitor on the Left side of the burner, behind the valve, and use a 5/16 in wrench or socket to loosen the bolt that holds it in place. Unhook the wires and plug in the new one. Be very careful not to hit the ceramic part of the ignitor on anything or it will break, very easily. When you put it back o the bracket make sure it is all the way back and seated correctly. Reverse process. You can actually run the machine without the front panel on to see if the ignitor is working; just make sure the door is closed. Hope this helps, be careful.
