Why the hard drives are not detected, and when accessing controller from the BIOS no hard drive found only DVD drive ?

You need to access the PERC system at bootup.. Much easier to use a SATA HD and not use the PERC controller.

I cant access my hard drive please assist me on

sure.
my guess is the original TOSH, HDD inside? is dead.
is it spinning, :listen"
is it recognized in the BIOS page.? if not its dead or unplugged.

can you boot to live linux. and see if it finds the drive?
but if not found in bios, that means the DRIVE ready line is dead
the drive ready line , only goes to a true state, if the HDD
has power, and is at full rpm and the the heads are extended.
Ready for action. when that happens you can PNP scan
any HDD and see it report in , its name, model, size, etc.
there is simple software to do that. but you need a boot CDR do that,.
does sad lap top have a DVD/CD drive, no?
then you need to have boot memory stick to do all this.
this is what all techs today use. a fancy stick with OS and utilities.

Hard disk not detected in windows as well as in BIOS

NO PC stated, nor OS
what windows?
never put email in a post, unless spam for 1000 years endless is fun. never ever do that;....

when bios cant see it that means the DRIVE IS DEAD.
lost power, cable fell off or , 5vdc and 12vdc are not good into said drive from PSU.
This is PnP, plug and pray works in the BIOS too, it scans the pCI buses and finds all chips and driver;. hdd, ssd and cd/dvd,BD.

i run the same setup but have 4 drives, with zero data on W10, partitions, so if the OS goes belly up, I never lose data.
Drive 0 boot SSD
drive 1 , 2TB,
drive 2, 1 TB
drive 3, external eSATA, off line until Backup times.

so to boot drive zero or 1, you must tell BIOS which to boot from
its just one bit to flip there.
not sure what PC that is,

here is what to do with a HDD that seems dead.?
the full list.....!!!
  1. can you hear it spin,? yes/no (yes good)
  2. if no its lost 12vdc or is bad.
  3. BIOS says its not there, oops, its not talking at all , bad news. is the data cable to it ok? "sata cable" try MOBO alternate sata port yet? be wise to.
  4. move any suspect HDD to another PC, works now? see all FILES there? then the bad PC is bad, bad cables bad PSU there...
  5. if the HDD makes clicking sounds say so, its bad, or PSU bad.
  6. if using and alternate PC to via a disk, look in diskmanager first. and if drive letter missing, change it to X: the look for files there on the X: drive, see? keep in mind some FILES will not be accessible on alt system due to stricter permissions now. IF running windows 10 (are you) say so, it has super tight, permissions now (reason 1, I use it)
  7. there is more to this but will stop here.

I have 2 hard drives i want to make one master and 1 slave model HDSJ oth 7200 rpm

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup
Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to IDE-1 means Pri slave escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart
you will have to have master with slave set up
you can find the jumper location next to the power on a hard drive and the settings for plastic jumper location is usually printed on the top of a hard drive
IDE-0 means Pri master ?
IDE-1 means Pri slave ?
IDE-2 means Sec master ?
IDE-3 means Sec slave ?

My HDD does not detect its complete capacity, it works just with 7.87 gb when must be 1tb, I would please you so much if you know something about this hdd problem. Thanks!

Many, many, years ago, motherboards did not support any disk-drive larger than 8GB.

Is this the first time that you have tried connecting your 1000GB disk-drive to your computer?

Hi, I have problem here. I just bought Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C. It works fine at first, but one day latter some clicking noise appear. It detected in BIOS, but then make my Windows take a very long time...

The short answer is the drive is having trouble calibrating itself, and should be sent back under warranty for replacement.
There are things you could try to recover the unit, but why risk voiding the warranty only to wind up with a questionable drive afterward?

Segate 1.5 tb external hard drive buzzing noise and wont connect

Connect it to a different computer. If it still is not detected, then there is a hardware problem. Exercise the warranty to get it repaired/replaced.

you mean you have 2 hard disk installed in your unit? if so, set the jumper settings of your main hard disk which the operating system(windows) located, set it to master and the other hard disk set it to slave or remove the jumper cap, im sure this can fixed your problem
