Garmin troubleshooting hi i have garmin d2 watch and use for 6 mounth but after 1 mounth i dont use it. know i want to charge ande use again but when i charge and free from cable charger the watch can not load and cant chargable and off. what can i do? do you think i should replace its battery? help me please

Okay, mine's a Chisel but I'm pretty sure the module is similar, if not the same, across the Mettle range.

Anyway, press and hold the light button - marked adjust - until the display says "hold to adjust"; after a couple of seconds the time display will return and the hours will be flashing.

To adjust up, press "start/+" and down press "stop/-". To cycle through the options, press "mode".

Once you're done, press the "adjust" button again to return to regular timekeeping mode.

If you haven't already done so, try replacing the battery.

You can remove the battery cover with a small coin, check the type (all batteries are marked) and buy a replacement.

The slots are intended for a special tool.

Take your watch to your nearest watch shop and ask them to do it for you.

You can get into difficulty replacing batteries and it is not worth the risk for the small cost saving.
