Craigslist citys I need tofind gas dryer in my area

I have found some hard to find items on EBAY and have posted on Craigslist wanted section to find needed items. Craigslist is more local so you might want to post in numerous cities or states. Good luck!

Go to Craigslist.com for your city. Then click on account. Or login. Then it asks you if you have account or need to sign up? Click create account. Put in info

For the web address enter your city or the city nearest you followed by.craigslist.org, such as http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ and then you will find "post to classified" on the upper left hand side of the page.

Sorry their is no way to do that..the gas dryer is only equipped to heat by gas and has no elecrtic heat element in it

Unfortunately not, but I have seen people trade in such manner on Craigslist. If you are able to access Craigslist and don't mind trading on line it may be an easy way for you to get an elec. dryer without having to come up with any more money. www.craigslist.com Hope this helps you.

I see that your part costs about $150 but, cleaning it may not work. Best bet and cheapest way would be to go to a pull a part place or look online at craigslist under your city/area and click under auto parts....those listings will be for people parting out cars and you just look for your model.

Cleaning it would not be too adviseable.

A couple of things could be causing this, first one of your elements are probably going bad. Try this first. Pull out the lent holder and clean area well. Remove air vent hose and clean/vacuum into vent housing and also exit leaving home. Make sure hosing is clean. When you put dryer back make sure that the hose is not kinked. After all this if it does not heat as it should you might want to check out craigslist for another one. You can get a good deal for around 50-70. Your wasting more electric trying to dry your clothes. Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Take off the cover from the front, bottom of the dryer. You should see the burners. Take this opportunity to clean lint from the area. Start the dryer and watch this area. You should see the igniter begin to glow. If it doesn't, you could have gotten a bad replacement. If it does glow, either the gas coils are out or the temperature sensor is out. You could check them if you had an ohmmeter or replace them both as they are relatively inexpensive. I have experienced gas coils that will get so weak that even though they pass the ohm test, they still won't open with the correct voltage applied.
