How do I edit the midi preset parameters on a behringer gmx212 using a laptop?

Is there anyway to edit the 3 midi parameters for the effect presets on a behringer gmx212 amplifier using a computer, without having to buy a midi controller?

Can two d3200 recorders connected and record 24 tracks simultaneously

I will assume you want to sync the two as one. I have one of these sitting in a closet. The 3200 will record 12 tracks at a time if I remember correctly. I believe the Korg will sync to Midi Time code. I just wonder if the midi implementation allows for start and stop code. Anyway, I found this information:
x2. MIDI messages used by the D3200 Note On (Note, velocity), aftertouch, pitch-bend:
The D3200 uses these messages to control effects.
Program change:
The D3200 uses these messages to switch scenes.
Control change:
The D3200 uses these messages to control mixer and
effect parameters.
MMC (MIDI Machine Control):
MMC messages can be transmitted from the D3200 to control an external MMC-compatible sequencer or recorder. MMC messages received from an external sequencer or recorder can be used to control the D3200.
MTC (MIDI Time Code):
The D3200 can transmit or receive MTC messages to
synchronize with an external sequencer or recorder.
MIDI Clock:
The D3200 can transmit MIDI Clock. It can also receive MIDI Clock if you have selected MIDI Clock for the tempo track and are recording the tempo track.

What preset effect number is best for karaoke?

Always use echo and reverb, or just reverb for inexperienced singers. If I remember right this is from effect 19 but this is a very inflexible set-up with no control over the effects, just presets. You'll need to listen and decide what is best. You may also try chorus as with a decent effects unit this can be very effective plus a bit of reverb and echo.

Different songs like different effects and we will chop and change even in a single track when live mixing professional acts.

Eurolight LC2412 will not store presets into memory

Not sure but it may have an internal battery. I would look into that first. I've had bad luck with behringer equipment myself and can't seem to get parts for any of it.

Behringer x v-amp pedal creates no sound through my amp only an drone that sounds like electrical feedback?

I have one, and IT WORKS for me!

As the manual suggests, the 1st step is to RESET your pedal board. I know, you 'll have to erase 20 custom presets of yours but hey, they're already lost anyway!... So just reset the on board chip by pressing the TAP and STORE buttons together for 5 seconds while you power ON the X V-amp. That's it! Now the board sounds good as new!

My handle has broken on my gmx212, how much for a replacement handle??

Call Behringer customer support and they will give you a list of phone numbers of dealers that sell these parts; they will quote you a price.

I did this to get the slide switches for the FX board of the GMX212

You need to make sure the decimal point in the display is NOT blinking and then press the IN/OUT key for over two seconds to save the preset before turning the power off. Refer to page 9 of your user manual for this information.

When i press the harmony effect i have to hold it

Well i hope the latching mechanism isn't busted!

Check/review your parameter settings for your programs. Especially in the Expression Pedal Control areas.

From their site:

--Harmony Footswitch
This footswitch turns the harmonies on or off. While multiple harmonies can be selected within a preset, the HARMONY footswitch activates or deactivates any selected harmonies simultaneously.
When the LED above the HARMONY footswitch is illuminated, the harmonies are on. When the LED is turned off, the harmonies are turned off.

--Note: The settings for FX Footswitch Control, Harmony Footswitch Control and Guitar Sensitivity apply to ALL presets. The setting for the Expression Pedal Control applies to the current preset only. If you modify the Expression Pedal setting and wish to store it you must Store the preset (see page 11 ). When you load another preset, its setting for Expression Pedal Control will take effect.

--To perform a Factory Reset procedure
If you are editing a preset, press the Up or Down footswitch to exit edit mode.
Press and hold the Major/Minor button and then press and release the Store button. The display will read FAC RESET- WILL ERASE ALL YOUR PRESETS... , then STORE=RST.
Press the Store button again to continue with the factory reset. If you don’t want to do the factory reset, just wait 5 seconds, or press almost any other button, to cancel.
