What application are you using?

SKYPE MICROPHONE PROBLEM
If the person cannot hear you then, either your microphonedriver not installed or not working OR the microphone is not configured inSkype.
To test your microphone then click on Start - All Programs - Accessories -Entertainment - Sound recorder. Then record your voice and then play it back.If this is OK then the microphone need to be configured in Skype.
To configure the microphone - Open Skype - Tools - Options -Audio Settings for the Microphone THEN click on Save.

1. this could be several reason why the sound cut out when using skype
2. check the hard drive capacity
3. you may need more RAM ( random access memory). If you are at minimum this may not be enough to complete the VOIP ( voice over IP)
4. this could be the connection with the skype recipient.
5.check your skype settings
6.check the sound card in your laptop ( drivers etc)
7. check the speakers of the laptop the may be malfunctioning or the earphones if used.

check and download the latest audio driver for your computer.

With Skype for it to work properly & every time you really should get a USB Headset. or Mic, That is Skype capable. A small outlay will get a real great result. Because even if you do get your Mic to work, it is never work as good and often echo's a lot,

Check in Skype sound settings if that is set up properly.
