Not all games can be loaded on all tablets. Is it a legitimate game from a legitinate origin? What game and what tablet, make and model? Is it an "original" tablet or you've modified or "jailbraked"? Maybe knowing some more details someone might get you an answer whay some game can't be loaded
Make sure the battery is in right and the locks are in position. Check the A/C adapter. A lot of them have an led light that is lit then it is working. If you have a voltmeter check the male plug(the one that plugs into the unit) for d/c power It should read 9-12 volts or somewhere in that range depending on the units a/c adapter voltage specifications. While the adapter is plugged in, place the ground probe on the outside of the plug and the positive probe on the inside to check voltage. If no voltage is present than the adapter is bad. Also check the battery it could be shorted out If not the receptacle in the motherboard is bad and the motherboard will need to be replaced which will cost close to what a new tablet costs if you cannot do the repair yourself.
You'll have to open up the laptop and get free access to the motherboard. Usually CMOS batteries on laptops are soldered onto the motherboard so you'll need to have some soldering skills to do this. About the price, usually it's in the $10 range, but the best way to go is to get the original battery and visit the local wrist watch store or a specialized batteries store and ask for a replacement.
