For models equipped with a drain pump;
verify that the pump is not clogged. if it hums during the fill cycle or rinse cycle then something is lodged inside. If it doesn't then it needs to be replaced.
for models without the drain pump;
something is interfering with the water flow. when the stand pipe is removed, the tank should empty in about one minute.

F27 is an Overflow Condition error. If the Overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 60 seconds an Overflow condition will occur.
