Bene casa pressure cooker model 33870 top on brand new will not open

  1. Difficulty in Opening the Lid
Another common problem with pressure cookers is, the cooker lid gets tight and remains jammed even after the heat is turned off. It is often caused by the internal pressure of the pressure cooker. The pressure release may be insufficient and ends up jamming the lid.
Here's what you can do:
    • Pour some cold water on the lid to release excessive pressure, or
    • If the lid remains jammed, remove the pressure valve and allow the pressure cooker to heat on high. That will release the pressure, and the lid will loosen its grip.

Hozelock pressure sprayer , when I pump the sprayer the pressure release valve pops up loosing all my pressure

That's what it is designed to do when there is too much pressure, usually sprayers don't get used that much to ware out that part. You might be having trouble getting spray out the wand, in that situation it is probably clogged. You have to remove tip and see if you can clean out a little particle blocking it. I know it is easy to occur and it happens if some dirt falls into the tank while filling. Hope that helps.

Stanley backpack sprayer top is stuck....... how do I get it off?

Hi Chris:
Seems a bit extreme to consider using the 12 gauge. I've found that a .22 works quite well. (Humour)
Hint! Pressurized tanks must have the pressure relieved BEFORE the lid can be removed.
If the lid has been over tightened or has stuck, you'll need to get more leverage to unscrew it. Sometimes a rag wrapped around it is all it takes.
You can also try pouring hot water over the cap. Lay the tank flat so the rim of the cap gets the heat. Wrap an old towel around it first so it gets a good hot soak.
Should come off without the artillery.
Cheers

How do you refill?

Remove all pressure by keeping the hose open until no pressure is left. place pump handle down toward tank. Turn count counter clock wise to unscrew. Take assembly out of tank then fill tank. Reinstall in reverse order.

Lid does not seal---very loose

If sprayer doesnt seal against pressure, I suggest check cover gasket A (image 1). Check pump cylinder gasket B (image 2) and additionally, check the procedure if pump dont build pressure. on how to remoce pump cylinder on follow lines.

zjlimited_2012.jpg

If pump doesnt build pressure... in most instances, failure of the pumo to build air pressure in the sprayer is due to dry or worm plunger cul leather. To work on cup leather, always remove plunger from pumo cylinder. Do not attempt to oil cup leather through breather hole in **** cap.

First, unthread pumo cap A (image 1). If cap is too tight, and if pumo will build even slight temporary pressure, pressurizing the tnak will make it easier to loosen cap. Once cap is lossened, release tank pressure. Hold pump cylinder by inserting hand through tank filler openning (image 2), and unscrew cap all the way. Pull plunger from cylinder, and remove cylinder from inside the tank.

zjlimited_2013.jpg

Place a few drops of clea oil (not heavier than SAE 30) on leather, and massage into leather until it is soft. Replace plunger cup leather if damaged (image 3). to remove plunger leather assembly, use coin rather than screw driver in the slot of the plunger cup retainer. To reassemble, hold pump cylinder in tank openning, with squared edge of flange, at top of cylinder, toward tank wall.

Hope this helps to solve it.

Just bought the 56 oz. hand held flow master sprayer, and went to use it, and can't figure out how to use it. I filled it up to the "fill line", screwed the lid back on, proceeded to try to pump...

Just a question. Is there a pressure relief valve on your sprayer to take the pressure off when you are done spraying. If so is this valve left open so there will be no pressure when you pump?
I did this once then remembered I had opened it up. I shut it and works ok now. Is the lid sealing when you tighten it? Check the gaskets in the lid as well.

Pressure Washer Engine will not stay running

My Kracher 2500 pressure washer has no pressure unless I remove the nozzle. If, I remove the nozzle and pump the trigger several times and quickly replace the nozzle it works fine until I release the trigger. Karcher (online) suggested I remove and clean the unloader which I did. It still doesn't work correctly. What another solution?

Wanting to replace the clutch because it is slipping.

Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
Greg

Removal & Installation
  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Remove the transaxle.
  4. Gradually loosen the clutch pressure plate bolts, in a crisscross pattern. Support the pressure plate and remove the bolts. Remove the pressure plate and clutch disc.
  5. Inspect the pilot bearing. If it is worn or damaged and does not turn easily by hand, remove it using a puller/slide hammer.
  6. Check the flywheel surface for scoring, cracks or burning and machine or replace, as necessary.
  7. Install a flywheel holder to keep the flywheel from turning. Loosen the flywheel bolts evenly and gradually in a crisscross pattern. Remove the flywheel.
  8. Inspect the clutch release bearing for wear. Replace it if it sticks or does not turn easily.
  9. Inspect the release fork for wear or damage and replace as necessary.

  1. Lubricate the release fork fingers and pivot with molybdenum grease and install in the release fork boot.
  2. Install the clutch release bearing on the release fork.
  3. Install a new pilot bearing in the flywheel, if removed.
  4. Be sure the flywheel mounting surface and the crankshaft or eccentric shaft mounting surfaces are clean. Remove any old sealant from the flywheel bolt hole threads and the flywheel bolts.
  5. Install the flywheel.
  6. Apply sealant to the flywheel bolt threads and install them hand-tight. Install the flywheel holding tool. Tighten the bolts, in a crisscross pattern, to 71–76 ft. lbs. (96–103 Nm).
  7. Apply a small amount of molybdenum grease to the clutch disc splines and install the clutch disc on the flywheel, spring side toward the transaxle. Install a suitable alignment tool in the pilot bearing to position the clutch disc.
  8. Install the clutch pressure plate, aligning the dowel holes with the flywheel dowels.
  9. Install the pressure plate bolts and gradually tighten, in a crisscross pattern to 20 ft. lbs. (26 Nm). Remove the alignment tool.
  10. Install the transaxle.
