Androids have one of the best advantages to share and upload just about anything.
When you post upload on HTC I'm thinking that you want to upload from the HTC smartphone. First, I always recommend to have some kind of reader app, I use Quickoffice and Adobe reader. Now, make sure that you have Dropbox installed also. Once you have the Resume in your HTC, you could tap the menu icon or the share icon on top. It should give a list of options from the apps already installed in your phone, make sure to choose Dropbox.

Very recently, possibly after update to 1.0.10, I have noticed a peculiar effect, more so with XP than with Vista. On opening any folder inside my Dropbox, the window constantly refreshed and flashed for some time, longer if more files. Attempting to scroll down caused the scrollbar to flick back to the top. After some attempts, everything settled down. The folder would then not behave this way again. The effect stopped if View was set to list or details i.e. not thumbnails. I guessed that Dropbox was attempting to sync the thumbs.db file, but this file was being updated by windows at the same time and a conflict occurred. I have unchecked "Cache thumbnails" (Tools/Folder Options/View tab for XP) for the Dropbox folder and the effect has ceased. Query... is the new version incorrectly handling something here? This effect has only recently occurred. But it has occurred on all computers, some XP some Vista. All have updated recently. TIA James :)
