For toner level you need to reset the values..

using 3rd party toner or OEM. use OEM and replace the Image unit with OEM.

if u FILLED tone cartridge, then u probably need to replace the little ckt bd on the cartridge that is responsible for telling u it is empty.
if u REPLACED the cartridge, then it may not be installed properly or there is another issue.

Clean the toner near empty sensors.

You have emptied the waste toner bottle, now you have to tell the printer that you have done so. The waste toner collection system has a "latch" (electrical signal) that is tripped when the bottle is full. it may be a pressure sensitive switch under the bottle or a photo-sensor that senses the toner level when full. I don't know the sequence of events to "switch" that latch. Usually on the larger machines it is a series of keystrokes on the printer's keypad, starting with turning the machine off and holding down a series of keys while turning the machine on (known as the "maintenance mode". Once you are in the maintenance mode, you can "trip" that "latch" to let the copier know that the toner collection bottle has been emptied.

It won't print anything if one cartridge is empty, even black when the colour is empty. Are you using new or refilled cartridges? The cartridge has a chip on top that counts your number of prints, so it could feel full, but has reached it's end counter. Try another cartridge. That should solve your problem

Normally just dispose the waste toner, nothing to do with the drum.

Hello sir; There have no waste tone bottle for this machine, but waste toner all stuck in the imaging transfer belt unit, on the right hand side door,pull it out dump the toner out and vaccumn it.

Empty the waste toner, it shoukd go away. Look on the right rear side there should be a door, inside should be a big white plastic container 3/4 full of toner.

You should be able to print, you just won't have any yellow toner. When you get your toner cartridge, follow these instructions to reset the 'Toner Empty' setting to Stop so you will know when a toner is out.
