Polaris troubleshoot went over weeds and now keeps stalling

Check the air filter. It might be wet. Sounds like the water got to the fuel system/electrical

Sounds like the key cylinder contacts is at fault on the normal position. you may be able to jump this for a test.
Maybe also confirm the starter is retracting after it initially engages the flywheel. Sometimes heavy corrosion in the starter prevents this from returning and would stall the engine as the gears stay engaged.

my 2003 polaris 550 indy's reverse doesn't work maybe once in a great while it will work but like tonight i rode for about 1 hour and tried to put it in reverse and it didnt work it died down and stalled out then started it back up and tried it again and it went forward i need help and information

check air filter-and may need to clean and adjust carb

check the exhaust lobe on the cam. these are prone to wear if oil changes are neglected. try to run it with the airbox lid removed and see if there is any change.

it probably has to do with the peace where the throttle cable connects to the thumb lever in that block above it if it has one.

yeah bro blocked main jet great biikes but the electronic choke and air filter set up not that good.Great bikes though try a pw80 carbie and retune they are awesome.

when it stalls, is it on a warmer day? ie 20+ degrees? is it overeheating or hot? If you have never had the carbs serviced, the summer/fall may be a good time. inside the carbs, you have differnt circuits, they may be gummed up. Good luck
