Bluetooth won't enable on my chromebook

I cannot enable bluetooth capability on my Chromebook. I can see the option to enable it in the submenu and in the settings but it still won't turn on. It has worked for me in the past with no problem. I have already rebooted twice. No go.

SOURCE: My Acer Chromebook 13 will not power on or charge so can anyone help me with my problem?

try this: remove battery, remove power cable, push and hold down the power button for 1 m (over 60s) do not short time. release the button, insert the power cable. wait 10s then push and hold power button till you see any lite flash release and see if you boot.
some time the static is built and that causes failure to start.
above should clean any static and allow reset of power adapter to function. if yes,. then once you shut down . insert the batter and ;et it charge for 3 mins.. then try to start.

How to connect an onn wireless mouse to a lenovo chromebook? i tried doing this 3 times and still wont connect.

Firstly, try turning over your Bluetooth mouse and find the power switch. Make sure it's turned to ON.
You should see the optical light turn on (usually red). Place the mouse back flat on your mouse pad.
On your Chromebook, select the lower right corner of the taskbar. In the window that pops up, select the Bluetooth icon.
If the Bluetooth status is currently off, enable the toggle switch to enable Bluetooth. Once enabled, you'll see a scanning status as your Chromebook looks for active,
nearby Bluetooth devices. When your wireless mouse appears, you can select it to pair and connect to it.
Once your Chromebook has made its connection with your Bluetooth wireless mouse, you'll notice the mouse pointer moving when you move your mouse

My p47 bluetooth headphone doesn't input any audio from my chromebook

There could be a few reasons why your headphones are not working with your Chromebook. Some possible solutions include:
  1. Make sure your headphones are fully charged and turned on.
  2. Check to see if your Chromebook's Bluetooth is turned on and that your headphones are paired with the device.
  3. Try restarting both your Chromebook and headphones.
  4. Make sure your Chromebook's operating system and drivers are up to date.
  5. Check to see if there are any known compatibility issues between your headphones and Chromebook.
  6. Try resetting your headphones to factory settings
  7. Try using different headphones with your Chromebook to see if the problem is with the headphones or the Chromebook.
If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your headphones for further assistance.

Samsung chromebook recovery. i get keep getting error messages when loading recovery image and the chromebook says its a trusted platform error. i dont know why this is happening

If you're getting a "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) error" when attempting to recover your Samsung Chromebook, it means that the system is having difficulty verifying the integrity of the recovery image you're trying to use. This error can occur for several reasons, including:
  1. The recovery image file is corrupted or incomplete.
  2. The USB drive you're using to create the recovery media is faulty or has errors.
  3. The TPM chip on your Chromebook is malfunctioning or not configured correctly.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
  1. Ensure that you have downloaded the correct recovery image for your Samsung Chromebook model from the official Google Chromebook Recovery website.
  2. Use a different USB drive to create the recovery media. Make sure it's a high-quality drive that's at least 8GB in size, and that you format it using the FAT32 file system before copying the recovery image to it.
  3. Check that the TPM chip is enabled in the Chromebook's BIOS settings. You can usually access the BIOS by pressing the Esc key or F2 key when the Chromebook is booting up.
  4. If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Samsung's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with a new recovery image or help you troubleshoot any hardware issues with your Chromebook.

My Chromebook netbook won't connect to my home wifi

That is weird. Does the Chromebook see the wireless router? I just looked on Google's Chromebook website and it says that the Chromebook works with any security setting. What type of Wifi router do you have at home?
This is the Google page talking about Wifi connection issues.
