My phone went of and wont turn back on

This happened to me too !! Its December and i just got this phone in July and its a piece of junk . i was on vine and it just shut off . i turned it back on and it stayed on for like 3 seconds and turned back off. i have no idea why . i took the battery out and put it on the charger and it wont even show that the phone was being charged. . i have no idea what to do . if you figure out how to fix this please tell me . . . it would really help because i dont think i wanna use my christmas money on a new phone /:

try taking battery out for 30 seconds,then put back in!?

take the phone back and have it replaced.

try another battery or upgrade the mobile's firmware on the phone to correct this issue

i had this same problem just turn your phone off wait about ten minutes turn it on and it will delete them all
