Check your radio fuzes usually when the don't turn on the fuze burns out the fuze should be inside of the car on the sides of both doors or on the bottom left hand corner of driver side

Is it a factory radio? If so disconnect your positive battery cable for 30 seconds. It will reset your computer upon hookup. If it is an aftermarket radio then usually it has a detachable face. Behind that you will find a little hole. That is the reset button just for the radio.
This worked. My Car was also stuck at voice in. I pulled the 15amp fuse to non avail. It still happened when I started the car next. I ejected all the CD's. Pulled the fuse and same problem (but I left the CD's out just in case). Then I did the hard off (ie. hold 4 and off for about 10 seconds). This did not work straight away so I switched it off and gave up. A few hours later I turned the radio on and it's been working well ever since (24 hrs 4 drives). Let me know if this works for you. Or if you got the same result with the CD's left in just doing the "Hard Off" for a few hours.
You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
It may be the speed volume is enabled on your radio, does it fade out when you start to come to a stop? Some vehicles have a speed volume setting in their radios in which the radio raises and lowers the volume during driving conditions, like when your comming to a stop, the volume will automatically lower and during faster driving speeds will rise to a higher volume.
if its factor bad radio is fried same goes with after market radios the only solution with out spending money to find out is to find a good used factore or get new after market your choice
Sound like the car is not recharging the battery as you drive. Take it to a different shop and ask them to test the alternator and entire charging system as well as the battery.
I hav an 03 and it exhibited the same problems; on off on off nothing works. I discovered this repair 2 days ago and it works perfectly and I am one happy camper.
1. Start by pulling the main fuse for the radio (if you already haven't)
2. Re insert the fuse and turn the radio on (nevermind the on off sequence). Insert a music CD, it will take one.
3. Pull the fuse again, count to five and re insert fuse.
4. When the CD starts to play, use the menus to get down to the factory default settings and ask it to reset to factory.
5. And you are now working again. Or you should be. It basically is a processor and it operates just like your home PC whn it needs a reload. It searchs to the default drive which is the CD player.
