What is the customer service number for Trutech? I have a 19" Trutech TV that I purchased last year on Black Friday....I turn it on and a picture comes on for about 5 seconds and then the screen goes blank....any advice?
I too purchased TV on Black Friday from target in 2006 and w/in the last month the picture went..The sound works, but no picture..cust service tel #:888-252-6252..I tried to call but was on hold so long...I'm actually on hold again...If you happen to figure out what the problem is, please e-mail with resolution..TV isn't even a year old..Can't find the warrenty...

How do you program TV to Cox Cable
I found out what the problem is . I removed back of tv , on a small circuit board there were 2 capacitors that were literally Blown apart . My guess is the voltage rating was too low . They were rated at 16 volts I replaced them with 30volt rated caps. I got at Radio Shack for $2.75 and the set now works fine. Use caution if you try to fix this yourself, there may be HIGH VOLTAGE present in the back of the set even with it unplugged,

I actually got through with someone at the number listed above....for $30 I can have it fixed, but have to send it to Buffalo, NY....would have been better off purchasing a NAME BRAND TV for $30 more. After they fix it, you then have a one-year warranty from then.
I have a trutech 19 inch tv pv2119 that does the same thing . Had it less than a year .E-mailed trutech and got some suggestions as to what to do to try to fix the problem. You guessed it they didn't work. I may send it off to be repaired if it is only 30 dollars. I wonder how long it will stay fixed?
I have no picture other than the top of the screen which schows the name of the current program that is playing. The actual program itself does not
come on the screen; the picture is black. I have tried ecerything fom un-
connecting the dish network and putting it on cable -to- trying to reprogram the tv. I need help. The other tv works fine on the house.
