Help me download whatsapp in Alcatel - Cell Phones

What do you mean with user phone?
Whatsapp only works on smart phones. And then the phone has to be capable of running special apps, like whatsapp. Most (NOT ALL) android and iOS phones can run whatsapp. Be aware the account number on whatsapp is a cellphone number, the cellphone number from the device the app is on. So not (yet) possible to use on computers or tablets. and normal phones.

I've been using the App for years. Its great!
But it only works between people using WhatsApp.
WhatsApp to WhatsApp.
It usually looks in your Contacts and checks to see if any of these numbers are using WhatsApp. Then it lets you know and the other person know that whats App can be used. The other person can disable their communication with you if they wish.
The Settings lets you "Tell a Friend" by Email that you are using WhatsApp. They have to have the App on their smartphone to make the connection

be specif on your phone brand and model because it is not all phones that support whatsapp
