Its probably unrelated to lamp, take the lamp out, try it again and look into the lens, if its still very green the projectors electronics are failing. The projector generates pictures as 3 streams of info Red Green and Blue. It looks like the projectors red and blue electronics are failing, but the green is working.
Very common problem. not a common or easy fix though. This is known as a faulty "hypermodule" The hypemodule is a cuircit board that processes the signal. At the shop i have repaired a few a these on average 2 a month. The ideal situation is to replace this cuicit board. However this was such a common occurance these boards became rare. very hard to locate. So toshiba gave service centers another option a way to repair these. It however evolves the replacement of 11 very small micro capacitors. Only the most experence tech's experenced in surface mounted soldering should attempt this repair. You can easly mess this board up and once messed up...like i said you cant find them. My best advice is to find you a qualified shop who has done this repair before. It take an experence tech around 3 to 4 hours with magnifing glass and twezzers. My shop generally charges about 300 for this repair but shops vary based on experence
Hi, TV seems dusty inside, please clean optical lens, rear mirror and front screen of TV to get better picture, need to take off back of TV to clean it inside. Thanks.
Call your cable company as there might be a problem with the drop line or aerial coming into your house. now another thing is if you have a signal splitter( ex: 2-way, 3-way, 4-way) before the cable box, that could be degrading the signal as each input may drop the signal significantly. remeber, don't use too many splitters as they will make the signal faded/fuzzy. also, make sure all the connectors are clean and are not badly bent or the ends frayed. If you can see wire insulation from the cable line then it's no good.

If you see a very dim image or black screen or flicking image on the LCD screen it means you have a backlight problem.
Connect an external monitor to your laptop and power it up, if you see the normal Windows images then the video card and laptop is OK and the problem is definitely the backlight.
Dim image and/or dark display on the laptop's LCD screen indicates a faulty LCD backlight and it could be the inverter that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or it is the CCLF lamp is nearly burnt out or burnt out, most likely this is the case. The inverter can be replaced easily but the CCLF lamp is more time consuming and requires soldering skills. Check out www.lcdparts.net for parts, repair service and DIY info.
Flash should turn on by pressing the "Set" button and then the down arrow until you get to the flash menu. Choose the setting that looks like a lightning bolt.
If that doesn't work press the "Menu" button and then press the "right arrow" until you are on the far right tab. Press the "up arrow" until you come to "Reset." Press the "Right arrow." The camera will ask you if you want to reset it. Tell it "Yes." This will take it back to factory settings and clear any mode that turns the flash off.
Are the pictures fuzzy because the flash isn't working? Are outdoor pictures in daylight fuzzy or OK? If they are fuzzy all the time you may have a lens problem. If they are only fuzzy when the flash is needed, fixing your flash should cure the problem.
Good Day;
Try resetting the TV by unplugging from the wall A/C outlet for 3 to 5 minutes, plug back in. No fix? Your TV's LAMP needs to be replaced. Part number; UX21516, for Model 55VG825.
Good Luck, big IRISH.
