The only way is to reflash a new firmware and wipe the code as well as the phone clean.
To do this start itunes on your computer. Then connect your phone to the computer. Once itunes detected your phone hold the POWER and the HOME buttons down at the same time for about 10 seconds. Once the phone flashes off, let go of the POWER button and keep holding the HOME button until you see a message on the itunes telling you that your phone is detected and needs to be RESTORED. Try the Restore procedure from iTunes If you have problems. But first try the recovery procedure.
1.
Disconnect your iPhone cable but leave connected the other USB end to the computer.
2.
Turn
off your iPhone holding the Sleep/Wake button. The red slider bar
appears. Slide the bar and wait until the iPhone turns off. Or you could
hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time until the iPhone
