its the switches there is 2 one on top and one at the back the milk container is not making contact properly because the container needs realigning

Use a pin or a needle on the spout to clean the nozzle head. Most of the time this is due to useing to fine a grind in the machine. You may have to clean the head this way more then one time to get it to start working again properly.If you have any further questions message me back.

t is most likely the coffe you are using,I would suggest you try different roast from different brands until you find what you like..for axemple Lavazza coffe from Italy has all kind of different roast.

There is set-screw that holds the cofee bean container from pulling all the way out. Loosening almost all the way out (or removing) the screw, will allow the cofee bean container to slide all the way out. However, when sliding it out, put a container under the edge of the machine housing to catch any residual beans and keep them from falling all over the floor. Here's how to do it: with the door open, look (or feel with your fingers) directly at the (closed) coffee bean container. Coming up from the bottom, all the way on the right side is the set screw. It's a black phillips screw that you can easily miss if you don't look carefully or use a flashlight as it blends in with the housing. Good luck.

Take out the used grounds container, and put the drawer back in the machine. After the machine has finished positioning, then you can put the container back in the machine.

I had a similar problem, and solved it by turning the grinder by hand against resistance. Apparently the grinder wasn't really turning during the cycle and needed to be cleared. If your beans are "hopping" this may be a different problem.

This is most likely due to a bad o'ring. The bar you speak of...Does the unit have a small spout pointing upward from the area?...with a groove? Is the o'ring in that groove damaged or missing? When the grounds are compressed in the piston, the brew unit lowers down onto this spout and seals on it. The high pressure water then is injected upward inot the brew unit. When this seal fails the water simply leaks into the tray when there are grounds providing backpressure. When rinsing and no backpressure some of the water may be getting through. Make sure you lube up any seals with a food grade lube. Olive oil will work in a pinch.
