Please help me - unresponsive remote?

1) Make sure nothing is covering the infared receiver spot on the TV. Might be something that simple.
2) Try a "universal" remote -- under $10 many places.
3) If you haven't done this already, unplug TV for a minute or two and when you plug it back in, may reset.
4) Contact manufacturer via their web site for help.

Just go into your settings and change it to touch screen.Your still in "Mouse Mode".

Just inform the dealer about this fault as soon as possible. As a new TV, It might have warranty.

try to calibrate the touch sensitivity setting before you reset it this always work in any case.nno need to to do a hard reset

The same thing happend to me, there is no fix besides sending it to samsung check your warranty information and see what it covers.

This is a scene from some horror movie. I bet , if you unplug it, the TV will still be on!!....Just messing with you. Its been several days since you posted this problem. Please post update if there is any change. I don't think you have the TV on all this time. Let us know
