have a security check done with your date of birth etc..to verify
whether you are the exact owner of the phone..
After that they
will provide you the restriction code to unlock it and use it with
another service provider..

This probably means that your phone is running out of space to store information. I would try to delete old sms/mms, emails, pictures, and other information that is no longer needed to free up some space for needed information. The phone also has a micro SD card slot that can house a micro SD card. I would check if there is one already in the phone, if not buy one and stick it in to expand your storage space.

It is a malware attack on your phone.Please reset you phone by entering *#7370# on your phone and press YES to set your phone to factory defaults.Please don't forget to copy your contacts to your SIM card or back up using PC Suite before proceeding.
