Hello! What can you tell me about this watch? Manufacture year, value etc. There's a number on the other side 299059. Best regards/ Erik

Not much. The number you provided is only relevant to the particular company making the watch. If you know that company, there are charts of ranges of numbers for particular companies which would provide more information. There appear to be seven letters in a straight row on the face of the watch but I cannot tell what they are. http://www.pocketwatchrepair.com/histories/sn-lookup.html

I have a cartier watch and want to know if it is real. The back says Cartier. Paris. 933. ARGENT. PLAQUE ORG 20M. SWISS. 6038818 SILVER EVERYWHERE WITH BLACK LEATHER BAND - HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'

I know this is an old question, but a definitive answer is that the questioner’s watch is fake because I have just discovered amongst a box of broken cheap watches I must once have picked up as a joblot, the same watch as described AND with the same serial number! Also, even before realising the above-mentioned howling coincidence, I had already suspected the 933 apparent silver fineness was a rather odd number - one that even as a collector of worldwide silver coins of many variable finenesses, I felt was completely unfamiliar and unlikely.

I'm not sure what you mean by "real time" but if you do not have a copy of the user instructions follow the link http://support.tissot.ch/usersmanual/140-en.pdf and you will be able to download the instructions.

Is this a real or fake serial number E56121.1 for a brietling watch wondering if its a copy or real

Not true, it is real, I've got the same breitling and I know it's real. It's an emergency watch generally used by military personnel.

Is my cartier watch real or fake

You can distinguish real or fake.the real is heavy than the fake, fake is lighter.the color the real one is not to shine is dull, the fake is very shiney compare to real, the metal they use the real uses stainless, titanium and gold. The fake is nickel plate or zinc metal.the engraving the real is deep seated engraving, the fake is on the top only not so deep.I can't say your watch is real or fake, basing on serial number, the emitator can emitate the number.I gave you a tip how you know the real or fake.
