What does the error code "EP" mean on a Precision Therapy Hemlock Infrared Sauna

My sauna won't come on and the display reads "EP". I don't have the documentation anymore so I'm trying to find out how to solve the problem. The interior control panel appears to have been tampered with but all the buttons etc.. are in tact.

I just fixed my sauna today , had the same problem. Heat wouldn't go on , control panel only displays EP . I dig deep into the internet, information was very minimal. Problem was the temperature sensor!! The replacement Cord/metal sensor part was only 25$ and I was able to replace it myself. Currently writing this from in the working sauna!! I was so close to throwing the entire unit away . I am so happpy RN

I found the solution today!! Needs a new temperature sensor, costed 25) easily installed!!! I am so happy RN

check to see if filters are clean if so see if recirculation pump is working if so check heater fuses if blown probably bad heater element
