check under neath to see if the bel is connected or it broke if its not sucking im not really sure how to answer that ive never had that happend it can be a wiring issue or switch it sounds like it can be the switch might need replacing the power or the pedal that unlocks it from the stick mode might be pinching somthing that stops it

Hello m4fnli! You can disconnect the power nozzle by pressing the nozzle release button on the back of the nozzle and pulling the nozzle from the body of the cleaner. The handle can be disconnected by removing the handle screw. Assembly beyond this point is not recommended. Check that your brush roll end caps are not worn. If they are, this can cause the vacuum to be noisy. If you think there is something in your motor we recommend you take your cleaner in to an authorized service center for repair.
